It's hard to believe that just over a month ago, we were all gathered in Mexico City for the third edition of Kamay Code. The event was a vibrant hub, buzzing with some of the most influential figures in the LATAM ecosystem.

Visiting Wiagro’s HQ
Part of our Kamay Ventures team had the opportunity to visit Wiagro at the Argentine Nanotechnology Foundation. Wiagro is at the forefront of creating smart solutions for the agricultural sector, revolutionizing how grain storage is monitored and managed with their cutting-edge sensor systems. These systems are not only essential for preserving the quality and value of the harvest but are also aligned with the goal of ensuring sustainability and securing the food of the future.
Ariel Ismirlian, Martín Cordasco, Ulises Mickelsen, Santiago Badran, and the entire Wiagro team showed us the various post-harvest solutions they offer and gave us a sneak peek at some of the exciting projects they’re currently working on. While we have to keep the details under wraps for now 🤫, we are eager to soon share the incredible achievements they’re making!

Wiagro Breaks New Ground at Expoagro Argentina 2024
Wiagro participated in Expoagro Argentina 2024 with four stands, showcasing their AgTech innovations and new collaborations with IpesaSilo, BBVA, and Spark Telecom Argentina. They were also included in the "Agro Sostenible - 21 Casos argentinos que inspiran" initiative and took part in the Argentinian-German dialogue on sustainable agricultural innovations. Additionally, they had the opportunity to showcase their advancements in nanotechnology, satellite communication, and AI for sustainable post-harvest grain management at the "Agriculture of the Future."

A Dynamic Duo
AltScore and Arca Continental have teamed up to launch the first Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) pilot for small retailers. This partnership showcases how startups and industry leaders can collaborate to drive transformative solutions.
